HF Ocean Radar for Current Measurement in Sagami Bay

Sagami Bay Area HF Ocean Radar(24MHz)installed in Izu Oshima and Arasaki observe current in Sagami Bay hourly. HF Ocean Radar are able to map currents with space resolution of 1.5km.
The sky blue of observation area map is display range of current, the red of one is display range of wave height.

HF Ocean Radar for Current Measurement in Izu Islands

Izu Islands Area HF Ocean Radar(5MHz)installed in Hachijo-shima and Nojima-saki observe the ocean current between offshore of Hachijo-shima and offshore of Nojima-saki.
HF Ocean Radar are able to map currents with space resolution of 10km.
The latest current vector maps update every 3 hours.
The ocean current vectors around the baseline between the Hachijo-shima and Nojima-saki are interpolated.
The sky blue of observation area map is display range of current.

Please pay your attention to the maps for use because they might include data effected by the noise such as the disturbances of short wave broadcasts or the wave reflection from the ionosphere.
