- The vessels be equipped with the "List of Aids to Navigation" based on the law, and also be equipped with the "Addition".
- The "Index" file is placed only in the current issue.
- List of Aids to Navigation is provided specifically to deliver information for safety navigation. These publications do not imply recognition of laws and regulations or proclamations which any countries issue.
